From the 12th of April our doors will be opening and we will be running small training sessions for household groups and individual participation.

Classes are limited to those who are part of a ‘support bubble’ or a household. If you have time outstanding on your monthly pass please contact us and we will add it.

KO Boxing is a club that is open to all. We believe in building and working on all the components to enable you to improve skill and confidence to compete. We enable learning through desire and enthusiasm, if you have that sparkle to improve and enhance, look no further than us. If you wish to compete we have an established Amateur Boxing club in the form of Arches ABC.”

Our Facilities

Fully equipped gym with over 5000.ft of training area, 3 boxing rings and 2 bag areas (16 bags).


There is a functional fitness area including cardio machines such as assault bikes, weights, battle ropes, kettle bells, pull up bar, squat rack and lifting platform. Changing rooms, showers, toilets.
(All gym areas are wheelchair accessible).
The gym is open 7 days a week
(Mo-Fr: 7am-10pm, Sa-Sun: 9am-4pm)

Our Coaches

What We Do

We are an established traditional East London boxing club.

We offer introductory classes, bootcamps, intermediate classes and the chance to compete as part of our Amateur Boxing club.

We offer classes for adults, Youth and Kids. We run White Collar Boxing and have an amateur boxing club. We work community outreach programs to get local residents involved in boxing and build community cohesion.

The aim is to create an environment where our Stakeholders are truly representative of all sections of society, and for each Stakeholder to feel respected, comfortable and in an environment where they can give their best.

In the providing of our space and services K.O London Ltd. is committed against unlawful discrimination of customers or the public.

The policy’s purpose is to:

Encourage equality, diversity and inclusion in our space as they are fundamental to our core beliefs as a community space.

Providing a space where any disabled Stakeholder is welcome. We will do this by ensuring implementation of any adjustments to allow them to participate in sports activity more fully.

Eliminate all forms of discrimination. This entails ‘direct discrimination’ – treating someone less favourable than you would treat others due to a protected characteristic. ‘Indirect discrimination’ – if there is a practise that applies in the same way but disadvantages those with a protected characteristic. ‘Bullying’ – misusing one’s power to humiliate or undermine the confidence of another individual. ‘Victimisation’ – displaying detriment to someone who has taken action in good faith under any principles outline in the 2010 Equality Act. ‘Harassment’ – violating the personal space and engaging in unwanted conduct whether it is based on a protected characteristic or if it is an advance of a sexual nature.

Sexual harassment may amount to a criminal matter, such as in sexual assault allegations. In addition, harassment under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 – which is not limited to circumstances where harassment relates to a protected characteristic – is a criminal offence.

At K.O London Ltd. all forms of discrimination against a Stakeholder are to be classed as serious misconduct. Complaints will be handled with the utmost importance and action will be taken appropriately.

We will maintain a training environment free of bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination, promoting dignity and respect for all, and where individual differences and the contributions of all Stakeholders are recognised and valued. This commitment includes training managers and all other staff about their rights and responsibilities under the equality, diversity and inclusion policy. Responsibilities include staff conducting themselves to help the organisation provide equal opportunities, prevent bullying, harassment, victimisation and unlawful discrimination.

Make opportunities for training, development and progress available to all coaches and staff, who will be helped and encouraged to develop their full potential, so their talents and resources can be fully utilised to maximise the efficiency of the organisation.

All decisions concerning coaches and staff are based on merit (apart from in any necessary and limited exemptions and exceptions allowed under the Equality Act).

Complaints procedure.

To safeguard individual rights and adhere to our K.O Equality Policy any Stakeholder who believes they have been wrongfully treated under anything in this policy may raise the matter through the correct procedure.

Matters will be fully investigated and correct disciplinary procedures will be taken against any ‘stakeholder’ who wrongfully discriminates. Coaches and staff will be subject to our internal investigatory and disciplinary procedures. Any individual raising a grievance will not be penalised for doing so unless it is untrue and not made in good faith.

Gym Guidelines

This is a positive and safe space where everyone is equal.

There is to be no derogatory behaviour or remarks made towards others.

Abusive language and behaviour is not tolerated.

A PAR-Q must be filled out before training (First time only).
Any changes in Injuries/medical conditions relating too the PAR-Q should be immediately reported to a KO Team member before partaking in any physical activity.

Instructors are to be respected at all times.

Instructors are to be referred to by ‘coach’.

All Students must notify instructor upon joining or leaving the class.

All medical conditions and/or injuries should be directly reported to your instructor before partaking in any physical activity.

All equipment must be put back neatly in the correct place.

Please report any broken or damaged equipment or structure.

No outside shoes should be worn on mats.

All jewellery needs to be removed before entering class.

Nails must be kept short.

Clothing must be appropriate for training.

No bare chests!
(If you are seen topless outside the changing room you will face the famous KO punishment).

There is to be no photo or video recording without consent from a KO team member.

No medical examination. No competitive sparring!

No alcohol, smoking or illegal substances to be consumed on premises.

Everyone must sign in and out at reception.
( If you have a membership card, it must be scanned before and after training ).

Covid-19 Policy.

Please read carefully.

In conjunction with government guidelines K.O Combat Academy will adopt the following measures to ensure the safety of our members, staff and the general public.

All instructors and guests must fill out a COVID-19 form before entering the gym.

We will reopen on the 25th July 2020 as allowed by the government.

Social distancing measures will be followed with appropriate floor markings.

There is to be no sparring, partner drills or pad work. All classes will be based on bag work, technique and fitness.

Classes will be exactly one hour in duration so we can run them on a more frequent basis.
If a class is fully booked you can book onto the next one if there is space.

In between each class there will be a 15-minute window in which we clean and sanitise all equipment. In this 15-minute period guests will be required to change and exit the gym.

There will be a maximum of 20 (+1 instructor) people per arch per class. Members will take priority over non-members in terms of class bookings.

All surfaces in the gym are cleaned with Zoono sanitiser. See link here. A fogger machine is used to ensure sanitiser particles stick to all surfaces. A hard surface cleaner is used for the floors.

Hand sanitiser and anti-bacterial soap will be available in the gym. All guests and staff must wash their hands upon entering and exiting the gym. Staff must wash their hands in-between classes.

When possible, change and shower at home.

The gym will be ventilated throughout the day using the ventilation system (KO Combat Academy) and keeping the large door lifted (Boxing/Arches).
